coop eG
coop performed a delta analysis together with maxess systemhaus gmbh. The result was implemented and documented in ARIS business processes. After detailed specification of the requirements identified during the delta analysis, the add-ons were developed incrementally and provided to the customer. The last increment was delivered to the customer in March 2005.
x-trade master data maintenance took place in Mai 2005, changing the logistiv processes has started in the last quarter of 2005. In addition to the non-food sector, the food range was included in x-trade in February.

Lupus Famila
The Lupus Famila group introduced x-trade and x-decision within a project duration of only two months. The rapid introduction was necessary because the date for the opening of a branch in Karlsruhe was already fixed and this branch was to be supplied with master data from the new central merchandise management system. "Using the system, we achieve uniform master data management," explains the Lupus director of IT and Organisation, Mr. Harald Hermann.

Minipreis
Already in 2003, Minipreis performed a target process analysis together with maxess systemhaus. The additional requirements for x-trade merchandise management identified in this analysis are currently being realised and were delivered to the customer in September 2004.
In April 2005 Minipreis received Release 5.5. With its introduction in July, Minipreis can now benefit from the extended basic features of x-trade which are included in addition to the customer specific requirements.

REWE Dortmund
After creation and approval of the draft specifications, maxess systemhaus gmbh was commissioned with detailed specification of the requirements. Upon completion of release 5.3 in September 2004 and the customised migration of existing data, Rewe has at its disposal a customised x-trade merchandise management system .
In April 2005, the first client was put on stream which ensures the supply of REWE's customers with dairy produces. In July 2005, the frozen-goods warehouse followed.

MLogIn
In cooperation with maxess systemhaus gmbh, MLogIn, a company of Markant GmbH Germany, realised a merchandise management system for startup of an almost inventory-free transshipment warehouse in Kerpen near Cologne that was unique at the time of its implementation. The Markant members in Germany are supplied primarily with fast-turnover pharmacy and liquor articles through this warehouse.
The system contains largely automated processes and communicates with its customers and suppliers via the many EANCOM message types. The warehouse was put into operation in June 1999 with the x-trade predecessor WWS2000 and the associated reporting components. In the meantime, the company has moved to Worms and is located in the immediate vicinity of the frozen goods warehouse of TK-Log.
TK-Log
TK-Log, a company of Markant GmbH Germany, introduced the x-trade merchandise management system with the integrated LVS-Light warehouse management system as well as the x-decision information portal in November 2003 in the newly built frozen goods warehouse in Worms.
Through this warehouse location, TK-Log supplies the markets of its members throughout Germany with frozen goods. The member companies include Famila, Ratio, Distributa and Frey & Kissel.
In a subsequent project, temperature tracking should now be realised using RFID throughout the entire process chain, from the manufacturer to the shelves of the market.

WASGAU Produktions & Handels AG
In the WASGAU Produktions & Handels AG Pirmasens group, significant demands were placed on the new merchandise management system x-trade by the merging of two warehouse locations into a newly built, modern and state-of-the-art warehouse.
On one hand, all company processes were restructured and depicted on a uniform platform. On the other hand, the x-trade merchandise management system had to integrate merchandise management with online picking and be connected to diverse subsystems, such as wage and financial accounting, as well as the decentralised merchandise management. Wasgau utilises the information portal x-decision for analysis and evaluation of the company-wide data.
