Within the framework of a partner network maxess works with and supports various companies in new customer acquisition, project development and customer aftercare in the merchandise management and/or business intelligence field. These are exclusively companies which, like maxess, have proven expertise in the retail sector or its respective branches and whose products and services are ideally supplemented by maxess solutions.
The Signum GmbH has been a solution supplier for merchandise management and cash register systems for the retail trade sector for more than 20 years. The core competency lies in the linking of merchandise management systems under consideration of the existing organizational structures of a business.
The Signum staff maintain a broad range of expertise on all retail ranges. Individual customer requests are quickly understood and can usually be swiftly implemented.
Along with implementation of its solutions Signum offers complete project management and with over 1,000 installations guarantees customers a high level of experience. The service range covers the complete implementation of the installation from training to establishment of a closed merchandise management system with the guarantee of a punctual productive start.
Since 1988 the Softec AG from Karlsruhe has developed and supplied ERP standard software for surface refining businesses and offers an entire range of services including consultation, training and support. With a team of meanwhile almost 20 staff the business focuses on galvanising, powder coating, varnishing, Eloxal and hardening. More than 100 customers already benefit from comprehensive industry knowledge and continuous technological system development.
Interfaces to other company internal systems such as financial accounting, plant control systems etc. are created in close collaboration with the corresponding partner companies, guaranteeing smooth integration of the system into extended business structures.
The systeon GmbH has provided solutions for the SME retail beverages trade since the end of the 1990s. The core of the systeon GmbH business is to provide customers a complete solution tuned to the respective needs of their business processes and to support them in their operation.
The systeon developed merchandise management and cash register system LIQUA offers a tailor-made data model and visualises all retail beverages trade processes from the point of sale to reporting. Over 500 installations with major reference customers bear witness to the practicality of the solution. The use of matured standard and open source software provides stability, low costs, simple integration into available infrastructure and simple integration of other systems. The system is operated through a leasing model keeping the initial investment costs low.
systeon provides for the successful implementation of customer requirements with industry specific and technological expertise. The services comprise consultation, planning, implementation, training and day to day support of customers in all matters.
